Product Description

Rare earth 1098 glass coating is a kind of transparent glass coating that can be directly applied on the glass to achieve sun protection and heat insulation. Under the action of the rare earth material, the near infrared ray in the sunlight will have a plasma resonance effect with the surface of the material, and the radiation heat energy will be converted into physical heat energy. Heat gathers on the glass surface and is taken away by air convection in large quantities to achieve rapid cooling.

1, no need to replace the glass directly on the glass

2, summer cooling 5-11℃ winter energy saving 40%

3. Plant two more trees per 1㎡

Application

Rare earth 1098 glass coating can be used in glass, curtain wall, sunlight room and other transparent material building body, can be commercial and civil, mainly for the building renovation market

Application instructions: The surface must be clean, dry, neutral, flat, and free of floating ash, oil stains and foreign matters. Water-leaking positions must undergo waterproof treatment. Before coating, the surface should be polished and leveled to ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is<10% and the pH value is<10. The coating surface effect depends on substrate evenness. Application conditions: Wall temperature ≥ 5 ℃, humidity ≤ 85%, and good ventilation.

Application methods: Brush coating, roller coating and spraying.

Dilution ratio: Dilute with a proper amount of clear water (to the extent of being suitable for pasting) Theoretical paint consumption: (12-14)m2/L/round (paint film depth is taken as 30μm, and actual consumption varies slightly with substrate roughness and porosity).

Recoating time: 30-60 minutes after surface drying, 2 hours after hard drying, and recoating interval is 2-3 hours (which may be duly extended under low-temperature and high-humidity conditions).
