At the same time, direct sunlight leads to the accumulation of temperature on the surface of the operating room, and the hot operating room brings great inconvenience to the driving.And long-term direct sunlight will also accelerate the aging of electronic equipment and facilities in the locomotive, and increase the malfunction rate of equipment.
After learning about the relevant situation, at the beginning of 2022, Our technicians went to Jixi (in Jinan province) Locomotive depot for on-site investigation, got a deep understanding of the current situation and pain points of the operating environment of the cab, collected relevant data, and tailored a series of customized products for the railway industry. In June, for the first time in the shunting locomotive cab test, trial for a week later, the shunting drivers are satisfied, staff special emphasis on products to solve the problem of burning skin caused by sunlight through the locomotive window and because of the table surface temperature is too high causes safety hidden trouble. In July of, the overall thermal insulation transformation of the whole vehicle was carried out, and the HXN3B0053 diesel locomotive also became the first model car in China to carry out the thermal insulation rare earth solar window film.
The temperature detection results show that under the condition of no air-conditioner, the locomotive cab after using thermal insulation rare earth product is reduced by 8-10℃ on average than that of the
locomotive cab without thermal insulation rare earth product, and the infrared/ultraviolet barrier rate is increased by more than 30%.
In March 2024, the customized locomotive film of the thermal insulation rare earth was successfully boarded on the group locomotive, and it is planned to fully operate on the China railway high-speed locomotive in 2025 next year.
Not only on the train, so far, the Thermal insulation rare earth railway customized series has been widely used in Qingdao North speed Station, Jinan West Railway Station, Qing zhou Station, Tai an Station, Qu fu Station and other major high-speed railway stations.
